Does someone knows situation in Poland and delivery centers in Wrocław and Katowice? Is it bad?
How about Czechia and Brno? Someone mentioned lower that Procurement department in Slovakia will be closed. How is rest of service there? Is everything slowly moving to India?

nearly 40% of Poland organization is on the bench (not GSDC but HQ) - so.... you can count it easily how it will go. March next year is probably deadline for all the org here in PL, at least in the form we know it (three "branches") No positive outlook.
I do not think they are heading down hill per say. I think they will eventually restructure, for more efficiency. They have to do something they are hemorrhaging money. At some point the emperor has no clothes.
I am affected by that announcement for Slovakia and our unit had peers in India and the are fired as well. Quite a big number. And rumors are that even more will be leaving till end of the year. Looks like Kyndryl's heading downhill.... but who knows
