We could know that if people would give honest opinions instead of speaking corporate even in small groups. Never seen a company where coworkers trusted each other less than CS staff.

5G has turned out to be a waste of time and money. Hardly anyone I know has paid up for the service. And if you do and your web page loads half a second faster, then so what?
Like vantiva deal.expect layoffs but also expect those who are left will be have better working conditions and culture than what is offered at commscope.noting but smoke and mirrors since they acquired Arris.
Amphenol is a well run company with a premium market valuation. And their CEO could run circles around Chunky Cheese without breaking a sweat. They will definitely be looking to realize major cost savings from this deal, which means many COMM folks will get the axe. Sad but true. We (I.e. Andrew) had good wireless products, but 5G left us downstream without a paddle and without a radio. Carlyle and COMM made a ki-ling on the 4G transition but bet on a losing horse for 5G.
I am here to give a gold pot to Amp, layoff from Comm manager to VP upper level, do not leave or continue the Comm culture or it will also be toxic in your company!

Anyone would be relieved for a change.the culture in cs is mentally draining for any employees
Good for them for escaping this he-l hole but they need to also be prepared for a layoff.
Amphenol will only keep who they need at OWN & DAS, and supplement in their staffs to cover the gaps.
They are wondering, who gets fired next !
