It’s been a few months since I’ve been gone and a former coworker called me today to say she thinks more of us will be let go by Low Mark so that our jobs can be sent overseas. She said everyone received a non disclosure mutual arbitration document Highmark wants them to sign. She also said that when folks started complaining about it and said they wouldn’t sign it the got a second email that said it was mandatory to keep their jobs. I guess that company is trying to cover their tracks of all their unsavoryness.

This company has been on a downhill slide for years now. They are milking what they can for the higher management and sh-----g all over the workers. They care nothing about their employees, families, etc. and continue to take large salary increases and bonuses to pad their bank accounts before it goes completely under. Employees need to run for the doors and let India have them.
