It's not that working here has improved in any way, it's that I started looking three months ago and I'm horrified at how bad the job market is. There are so few jobs available and the ones I decided to try and apply for either completely ignored me or I managed to get to the interview stage just to find out the pay is ridiculously low. There's nothing. Literally nothing.

Can confirm as someone who was laid off
on May 2, hundreds of job applications and still looking. The rejections are morale crushing. You’re up against hundreds if not thousands of applicants per posting.
Without giving too much away, can you give us a rough idea of what job market you are referring too?
