Hey QuickBooks Company...
Your company has really caused problems for one of my clients.
We have called more than a dozen times over two weeks to address a payment transaction and no one is able to help.
We are told we will receive a call back... no one calls.
We are told different information every time we call.
No one can help.
No one cares about the impact to the small business.
This experience is incomprehensible.
Whom from your company would like to step-up and do some work?
If Sasan Goodarzi actually knew what was going on - I am certain he would be appalled.
