UP isn't wanting to pay everyone for that bonus coming up....
They're marking up all Engineers and are starting to look at cameras a lot more. Managers are putting people in investigation for showing up a few minutes late to work.

Unfortunately I believe a lot of that is because of the fatality a couple of weeks ago. There does seem to be a huge crackdown on agreement employees, like we were the ones that got the unfortunate individual ki-led. Just management’s way of trying to make themselves look good so that if the FRA and STB comes down on them, they can say it’s our own fault.
