Now happening in UK offices, unannounced layoffs in multiple areas, primarily those not writing computer code from IT related areas. Thinning teams out without the prolonged UK redundancy process. Being kept quiet, no announcements to colleagues, people going quickly and silently presumably contractually bound to not reveal information. People are in office one day, desk cleared the next with no communication from management as to where or why they've gone. Numerous rumours about restructuring and job losses, HR and senior management keeping a low profile.

It goes beyond just PMO. No idea about Paddington but Basingstoke and Reading offices affected, various departments and teams. Apparently UK HR was out in San Francisco recently- restructuring??
Is it again limited to PMO/Eng 360/ RM roles or foes it go beyond?
