This should have been the push everybody needed to start looking for a way out. We have to accept that job security no longer exists at Optum. I'm not saying layoffs are something new, but at least we had an occasional round and we knew we were safe for a while after that. That's no longer the case. People are already talking about the next round, and this one didn't even wrap up properly. Nobody should want to work in such conditions.

Newsflash every qtr layoffs been this way at optum/ingenix for 15 years. Might be new to people at acquired company but normal business at any large public traded company. Never was any job security never will be.
