Those left at Landmark (providers included) will feel this big time. Triple the work load until we all get the cut end of year. They are cutting us little by little to avoid WARN laws. Another lay off in October then Final Cut in December when they end Landmark. Resume is uploaded. I’m getting out of here.

They didn't avoid WARN laws this time. I got my notice yesterday and received the WARN notice. Term date set for Sept. 16. Was already looking for something new and had a great interview with a company OUTSIDE Optum yesterday. Hoping to get severance without a gap in employment. Praying for everyone impacted yesterday.

I've had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened This too shall pass and please, support the patients, they could be your brother or sister or other family members. Character is tested in the bad times, not just good
They can triple the workload all they want, I will continue to do things at my own pace until they let me go. I am not burning myself out while this place falls apart. The patients have already been complaining that this isn’t the same Landmark they’re used to.
I completely agree. They are slowly dwindling markets until it’s about 5 left and then they will completely cut landmark for lack of revenue. Everybody should start looking now.
