Thread regarding Optum layoffs

I work as a care connector at Optum and we were told that supervisors and managers were being laid off today and that we all had to report under new supervisors. The head boss who is in charge does not care about us. She told us our jobs are safe and lied to us. There are more layoffs to come and the dept is closing they just want to get more work out of us before they close the whole department. That is what everyone is saying. I hate this job now. The big boss made so many changes she ruined this dept. I hope they get rid of her next
