CHC employees stop drinking the Kool-Aid. The fact that a “great” company didn’t have basic MFA says it all. CHC was not strong. If they were they wouldn’t have sold out. A lot of CHC employees don’t like change, pun intended, and neither does Optum employees. All of you spend so much time griping about how great each company is/was that at the end of the day everyone is expendable. Stop being stupid and research the company you work for before spouting all the stupidity. As someone who listens to complaints from both sides, Change and Optum, many of you are delusional. However, CHC stop letting your leaders tell you sh$t when they keep lying to you. There are so many things that CHC employees think they lost because UHG bought Change that they don’t understand that it was fairly peaceful at Optum without all the micromanaging that Change does with employees. So much so that they worry about quantity over quality and continuously create a sh$t show. There are good people on both sides but because you won’t do your research and think with your own brain you all continuously sow discord. AND if everything is soooo bad then find another job and leave like others have. This goes for those who came from Change and those who have been with Optum. If you can’t afford to quit then at least attempt to use your brain. This is a great place to “vent” but is it really changing anything in the workplace? People come here because they are genuinely concerned about being RIF’d. There are people who want to get RIF’d for severance. Go work for another company who will be just as cr-ppy because at the end of the day it’s a business and YOU DON’T matter. You are to go to work, do what your told and get a paycheck. If that’s not your cup of tea then see how brown you can get your nose or whose d1-k you need to su-k to feel relevant because you hate where you currently are. As I said this is a business and you don’t matter. If you were to drop dead today the UHG family of companies won’t miss a beat or dollar. And by the way, do you not think that your illustrious Change Healthcare leaders along with Optum and UHG leaders pockets aren’t being lined? So in case you didn’t know they will get big fat bonuses, in spite of everything that has happened with a cyberattack and you are going to be here playing the blame game and not receive a bonus come March or April 2025 if you are still around. So get your heads out your a$$es and buckle up for what is about to come. ;-)

Kettle…black. Don’t judge what you have no business in. You clearly haven’t walked in both sides. It takes two. Just know that. UHG acquires companies and tears them apart. Picking over the carcasses like it’s nothing and discarding people like trash. The inside job of the cyber attack they did on CHC isn’t going unnoticed. They did it to tear away a whole division. Kudos UHG little do you know we have you figured out and the patients and clients along with all employees are left to suffer. Those at the top are evilness
I'm talking to the one up top too. My you are presumptive! You are categorizing people you don't even know. It should go without saying you couldn't have a clue about what people you don't know are thinking. Now who's the stupid one? Look in the mirror and seek help for anger management. You need it.
Yeah it’s all the fault of Change. They wanted Change because it is the biggest clearinghouse on the market. Maybe you all should realize what you are talking about before letting your a-s speak
Nailed it. Change is a dog sh!t company run by incompetent tu-d leaders.
Hey a--hat you have no clue. Absolutely none. Working now with management on both CHC and Optum side, Optum is the absolute worst. CHC was left vulnerable due to Optums lack of leadership and ensuring MFA was on all company acquired websites or programs. This is NOT the fault of CHC. This all comes down to UHG not doing what they should have. Yes are there bad leadership on the CHC side of course but there are far more bad on Optum. And they should have ensured their entire organization was safeguarded from an attack of this magnitude.
If CHC was a poorly managed company, after getting acquired by Optum, under Sir Witty's leadership, it went from poor to god-awful! Put the blame where it's due!
change health "management" are the most arrogant ignorant people. We always done it this way even though it does not work.
To the one at the top blaming Change. What are you talking about? This company was the clearing house for 90 percent of providers in the country and you don’t get there by being a cr-ppy company. Do your homework. It was pure greed from Change executives that sealed their faith. Go to the justice department case on line and read how Optum couldn’t hold a candle to them but UHG saw an opportunity in the company to exploit it. They saw that the company had been raiding their money for private loans to the tune of 450 million. W stepped in and offered to buy the company and offered to pay the loans . GREED! The CEO didn’t know that in the fine print UHG would turn around and recoup the money by getting rid of the staff. Another thing they held the software for automating the utilization review dept. Do u think Optum came up with OCM. U can read the whole transcript online how the judge disregarded everything including witness expert and asked W do u guarantee that this sale won’t have a detrimental effect on the industry. The rest is history.
Oh the drama
I don’t know why you think people think Change Healthcare was a great company. When McKesson Technologies merged with Change, Change was already known to be a poorly managed company. Unfortunately they kept the Change management and got rid of the McKesson management. The Change management was clearly out of their league trying to run the larger business which the McKesson management could have handled. Then came the moving of employees to Wipro and finally the layoff of those people with the work being transferred to India. The McKesson / Change merger was done because The Hammer and his underlings wanted to pad their bank accounts by selling the stock of the merged companies. And then Change management decided to do the same in the merger with Optum. And if anyone thinks Optum did the merger for anything than the data Change had, I have a bridge to sell you.
