directors are weak and don’t even hide the fact that they have favorite reports, who are also grossly unqualified to be making decisions that override other people on the team. there is just as much overreach now as their was with the previous leadership. this place is broken

Ouch, didn’t they just shake up UX leadership?
Forget weak. I think its nonexistent. I think even the ux designer care a sh*t about it. Looks at the new data table ui. Doesn’t look modern at all
