November? Is this this why we have to finalize our end of year review this month so they can figure out who to layoff.
So in November, there will be another layoff? I guess this is why we have to do our annual reviews by Oct 31.
I can understand that Raytheon wants to get rid of 45 year olds and above, especially if male and white, but why would they target under 5 years? Wouldn’t they want to can those with 20-30 years in the company who are making the big $$$?

People over 45? Definitely applies to me. Can we do a class action law suit for sge discrimination?
