Some team members were told today. Be respectful as others will be told over the next few weeks. It will not be 1 unlucky purge day like in the past.
Say what you want, but people's lives and families are directly affected by this. This is a leadwrship problem. Companies must do layoffs because of bad business and personel decisions.
The stores have plenty of useless TM's. Drain the swamp.

Relax.. No one is getting laid off
Person saying too much dead weight is correct. They'll cut MILLIONS from payroll, and they won't even miss a beat. Hopefully BA has enough ba--s to tell JW to cut half of his useless department...but I doubt it since JW is a voting board member.
I tried to tell you all in June, but everybody was so excited about "wegmans" which got smashed by GE.
It's across all corporate departments and is not a "buyout/voluntary". Will not be a 1 day purge and will most likely be department by department.
