A bunch happened this past weekend. More scheduled over the next 2-3 weeks. T cafe last day is tomorrow before they relocate to A.
I’m curious—were the office moves in question ever completed?
"That internal window is just not good enough for me. (Because I think I'm so special. My mommy told me so.) I will only accept an external window."
Putting something in quotes tells me you are umm quoting someone. I highly doubt anyone said what you typed.
This site is a drama fest.
“Alternatively, someone special didn't like getting an internal window instead of an external window, so they threw a fit.”
We had a person in our group who wouldn't accept a window office unless it was an external window. "That internal window is just not good enough for me. (Because I think I'm so special. My mommy told me so.) I will only accept an external window."
To think you can tell management that you're not moving unless and until you get an external window...smh. I moved where and when they told me to move. Sometimes I got a choice between a couple of options.

Not unlikely. For my last 10+ years at SAS in Bldg R I had an internal window (facing on the walkway at the west end) and LOVED it. But then again, I was never special. 😉
Moves are going to plan? There was one in A a few weeks, T will be done in August.
Also, even if you're not renting the empty building out, you still save money by people not be there.
Why is there a move? To free up another building to hopefully rent out?
How many of the "for rent" buildings now have tenants?
With the widespread internet outage, the moving truck got a flat.
Alternatively, someone special didn't like getting an internal window instead of an external window, so they threw a fit. Management stopped to re-ji---r the whole thing to appease that one person.
WAG means wild azz guesses.
What is WAG?
I hadn’t heard they are delayed. That would be ominous.
