What was the average percentage?

10% of staff got nothing. It wasn't funded properly (mismanaged to cut costs).
They actually took and gave me a decrease.
Sounds low.
Not sure what you define as a 'good package'. Several factors come into play like job title (Director/VP level) and tenure. For individual contributors, expect about 2 weeks' severance pay per year of service and 2 months of insurance. If you are so unhappy here, maybe look for another job. If content, enjoy your paycheck and medical benefits! The job market is still oversaturated but opportunities exist. Good luck mate!
No idea on average but I got zero percent which is a 3% pay cut due to US inflation.
Those Citrites laid off with a great package are the lucky ones. Not those of us left here experiencing pay and benefit cuts while being expected to do 2-3 times more work. I just hope I get a package soon while they are still generous. At some point the packages will be terrible. I guess they are still giving good packages so there isn't a massive exodus.
