And whoever now starts being contrarian, don’t forget you’ll be our age one day and sc--wed over by becoming unemployable after age of 55.

if you don’t make the starting lineup isn’t that on you? I look forward to Instagram workout videos, beefcake! 🥰😍🥰
Yes, definitely no need to get angry when ADP terminates a formerly faux valued employee. Better opportunities await those that leave, especially at higher rates of pay from companies that value their employees more and are not as concerned about them "earning too much money".
A better future can indeed be found outside of ADP.
Age is a big part of the equation, but only a handy part. I was VERPed several years ago and was shocked that my history and experience had such little value. While I did not like being part of a RIF I understood that age is part of it,. Longer term employees often have higher pay and ADP can save money. Even if you consider just PTO, they save $$ by paying for less time off, so I understood the economic part. I met some wonderful people in my time with ADP. I worked very hard, but that was an individual decision.
Don't let their decision make you angry, it isn't worth it. While it is awful to live through, you do survive and hopefully will be better off.
You also are way overweight and ADP wants only healthy people. Please leave.
Most of the posters on this thread are a--holes-must have a pathetic miserable life

I bet if you were in charge of a company that you would exclusively hire 55 year olds. Eyeroll
you can be sure ADP has a legal team all over this. I retired 4 years ago at 72
If you’re unemployable isn’t that on you?
Asking for a friend.
