Co is 100% lame duck and ruining quality but let’s not forget his heir apparent was RIF’d from Quality in Mequon for abuse of subordinates and poor performance, was asked to leave all of the other companies he went to after and then brainiac Co hired him back as director, that says it all!
No ones mentioning the embarrassing VP of Quality who couldn’t fix a customer problem to save his life or the even more useless Director they just brought back from MULTIPLE failed jobs when they RIF’d him the first time from Mequon? Demand is in the tank, one of Tessa’s business units released three new products this year and all of them SU-K, no sales, horrible quality and the incompetents running those groups are getting bonuses!
Meanwhile front line managers and engineers take daily beatings, cut the DIRECTORS who only a--kiss up, dumping down on those who still care about Rockwell.
I was in Milwaukee this week as was one of these directors from Mequon was openly stating to another I’m a BU director, I’m untouchable and then laughing about it, that’s the secret hubris of these directors that’s ruining our once proud organization, sickened me to the point I filed an Ombuds complaint that we all know won’t go anywhere
How ethical is it to lay off employees who are less than 5 years from retirement and not offer a retirement package? The work places are not clamoring for 60 year old workers.
Likely more job cuts NA facilities
Coming in July ….
Why is Becky House still employed. In charge of legal, sustainability and hr??? In what world does that happen? Oh, that’s id--t moret playing favorites to incompetence
Ok. Look at the leadership. Blake. An id--t. Scotty G is a dipsh-t. The retiring cfo was run out of 3m, Brian shepherd was an id--t. Tessa has no accomplishments other than self promotion. Matt was involved in gpt(that went as planned$$$$$). Vena has acquisition experience in adhesives and abrasives (helpful?!?) Chris N is a buffoon who has blown money needlessly …..shall I continue. All the folks who had a clue have been run out. Frank. Fran…….. Rockwell will be purchased. Leaders will leave rich and you will be sc--wed
Cuts started up again today
It's depressing...
June and overall Q3 shipments do not look great! Likely more job cuts in NA coming in July.
I just want to take this moment to show my appreciation during these challenging times. It has not been all for naught (daddy needed a new boat), so a big THANK YOU to all! Like all of you, I have also had to adjust my lifestyle. I had to let one of my longtime house staff go too, but I am confident that those remaining will be happy to take on the extra work without any additional pay - I have such great employees at home and work! I will miss Rosario, but I will put in a good word for her and our illegitimate child at our Monterrey facility once I have them deported. Remember every one, Stay Strong! We will get through this together! I am confident I will find a buyer for the company soon at which point I'll negotiate a sweet package for myself and half of you will lose your job, but don't worry everything will work out in the end (at least for me).
Thank you all that have been sacrificed to fund my retirement. For those that have survived the first couple of rounds, don't worry I have not forgotten about you, there is plenty of time between now and my retirement to make my golden parachute bigger at your expense. For those with newly found free time, please consider volunteering at the Milwaukee War Memorial where I counsel sui-idal veterans where I tell them 'hey, it could be worse, you could be working for Rockwell Automation'.
pulled from a different thread posted a day ago:
"Around 30-40 contract employees were clipped last week from Cambridge ON plant."
It was announced the VP of Quality will retire in January 2025 (which is not soon enough in my opinion). He single handedly set Quality back 20 years and has eroded the morale of those that remain. Hopefully RA can get back on track after this lame duck is gone.
3 Customer Quality roles in EMEA, including a senior manager. There has been no plan communicated as to who will absorb that work and with the layoffs earlier this year, there is no Customer Quality presence in EMEA. One can only assume the remaining regions will absorb the workload and will now report to the NA Director.
