Since covid, I don't shake hands either. I don't mind not shaking hands, but I also explain that I don't shake hands for our safety due to me having a semi-compromised immune system. To hold your hand out and have no acknowledgment is a douche move. He definitely doesn't shake hands unless there is money involved.
