If the leadership has not yet realized that, no matter how nice, Findlay is not the epicenter of the refining industry ... the company will continue to struggle at not only attempting to be the "big dog" but also just maintain its position. The pre-Andeavor acquisition model had been stretched regarding bandwidth ... post-Andeavor acquisition activities do not align with continued Findlay headquarters presence.

I think Houston and San Antonio are great places to put highly graded people who need put out to pasture in roles where they aren’t leading large sums of people

Some traders have been forced to move and others have said rumors are that all trading is moving to H-Town. Rumors abound but who knows what’s true or not. This company is just the worst.
