The original poster needs to realize that J.L. has never been a Leader. He is the stereotypical boss. Do as I say not as I do.
Show our unity- what unity? More dept layoffs this week, seems like your rally cry is pretty weak. More negatives than positives not sure your SLT is as aligned as you think. Watch your back no one has it, trust me in that.
As far as I remember, the original post had some inappropriate religious content, maybe that’s why it got nuked. Site mods here don’t allow off-topics like political and religious rants.
Only one deleting would be JL or JD cause they know no one drinking the koolaid and clueless enough to sing their praises. Your leader mtg will buy you some time but that sparkle will wear off when reality hits and you are back in office with same ole same ole. Enjoy your kumbaya moment. Nothing new in that approach either. Have been going to them for years all talk nothing changes except new people.

Absolutely the worst leader - this has to be JD posting. Company has been declining in sales and morale never been lower. No confidence in SLT for years and JL is not leading the way or building any loyalty or new strategy. Everything is recycled from previous strategies and no one in place to execute. There is no JL fan club just minions that do the bidding.
