Just got word that Directv is going to layoff more people in the USA. How can Americians compete with cheap labor outside the USA? So sad that Directv isn't going to pull off a turn around and keeps gaslight employees that a turnaround is comming. Feel so sad for a company that I seen the best, a failed merger with At&t and now this.

Funny thing is they just reduced NPWs and now they rehiring. I can tell this is just a spiral downwards of lay offs, rehiring less, lay offs, rehiring less...

I believe it. This company is just going to keep laying off (aka keeping margin rates acceptable) until they die.
