must have illusions of grandeur like the TESLA shareholder mucking up the works that all the other share holders had no issues with. Or a fool that works for UHG that should know better then to bet on the company you get a regular check from. Take a bath on the stock and get laid off quite the gambler
I thought that was only if you purchased privately, not with the espp
