Legal standing of remote offer letter?

Is there any legal standing associates with remote offer letter can do to avoid connect weeks ? or as employment is "at will" for both company and associate, there is no option. Do these folks get "new offer letters" ?

If you’re near or in a state with a hub and want any to get laid off…. sure go try to get a new exemption from connect weeks.

If you’re far from an office came on as a remote employee during cov19 and are being asked to report now-that su-ks-doesn’t seem right.

guess again @1pna+1t8ZRhgx I'd estimate that one of the countries in the European Union, like France, England, Switzerland, Germany, etc. are all more 'pro-worker' than the USA. Even China has more mandatory days off than we do. Tomb Sweeping, Dragon this and that, etc. It's not hard to find information these days.

Yes, Fidelity is known for their sloppy legal department, and they are challenging employees in the most pro-worker country in the world, the United States of America. Frankly they don't have a chance in court, and we will all be enjoying permanent WFH before you can say "President Kamala" in January!
