Yes, my experience with high level managers is that their goal in life is to avoid getting outed as a fraud and to survive like a cockroach to collect massive RSUs. Amazing that this can happen in a tech company where they should at least have the most basic knowledge of products and tech landscape. They should be capable of making decisions, but a decision could lead to failure, so doing the minimum and not rocking the boat is the key to survival.
Sadly it seems Hock isn’t firing these grifters. Guess he just views them as minions to do his bidding and doesn’t give a sh-t what they think or do, he is the only person in charge.
