Funny, I am installing new equipment on a weekly basis. I wonder where all that equipment is coming from if Ricoh isn't selling it? Hardware is still the bread and butter for Ricoh , the software services side is stagnant despite Ricoh's insistance that that is the direction of the company. If only that were true.
