You heard it here first. Williams is about to announce a 1 day/week work from home, down from 2 days/week. This just 2 weeks after the employee survey about work/life balance. This is a sp-t in the face of every employee who graded the company as high work/life balance. Give us the same survey 2 months after they force us to go back to the office 4 days/week. There are people who only report to the office twice/month. If this policy isn't enforced evenly then people will leave, which is probably what the company is going for so that they can cut staff without paying severance. Thanks, Williams!

This company is such a sh-t show. Every time a recruiter calls me about this circus I tell them Williams is on my do not interview list. They are a large reason pay in Tulss is absolute sh-t cause they collude with ONEOK and the other turds downtown.
Never mind most of the jobs can be done fully remote. Makes you wonder what other perks they’re going to get rid of.
