This company was acquired last year by Aptiv an automotive Tier 1. This is an acquisition which Aptiv does not know how to manage, no understanding of what a software company playbook is and they view it in the lens of a manufacturing company. No regard for human capital, they think of them as lego blocks, replaceable at will.
A good company is being bled here, a lot of quality talent is leaving without even getting a new job, because they just can not take it anymore.
