Am sure Exxon would not have agreed to partner with such a bit player like us, especially after AH.
And this is why APA should NEVER have gone in to business with TotalEnergies and should have selected Exxon as. partner. If Exxon was on board oil would already be flowing out of Block 58. Fay chance that APA will ever see a dime.
So basically, Total (and Apache by default) have to get H.O.A. approval for anything they do.
Total can survive a few years of French political games, while Apache most certainly can not. Scary times for the Tribe
