All the technical projects I work on have 1 US based resource and 3-5 offshore/nearshore resources. This ends up being the US person doing all the work and trying to justify to the client why we need the other 3-5 devs who don't pull any weight but allow Perficient to bill the customer higher rates.
Maybe if they included the US engineers on this scam with a higher bump in pay if we "play along" it won't feel so sh---y.
