Micron has Barnum & Bailey Circus clowns for managers. Terrible. Any clown can sell a lot of DRAM and NAND during the covid-19 epidemic. You can’t say it was a managers abilities that created the demand. Prepare to tumble and fall again.

"The company is in much better shape than it has ever been with this leadership team. That is a fact."

Let me guess you're a HR propagandist or part of the unskilled "upper management".

Micron has a mostly unintelligent workforce that is paid very cheaply.
Its deal to create a new fab in New York which is arguably the most corrupt state in the union shows Micron's lack of ethics. The FACT that micron is continually bringing in unqualified Indians into its workplace shows that it is racist. Lastly, is this the same "leadership team" that continually hired right up to letting 7000-10000 people go because it could not keep track of how many of its own products were being made and bought.

"You got to be kidding me, stock price and return on shareholders equity means everything. "

The stock price is just a number that can be easily manipulated. For those of us who are older than a teenager, we remember the housing bubble in 2009.

Micron is propped up by the Vanguard Group Inc, BlackRock Inc., and State Street Corp who are attached to the magical federal reserve and is the only one in the US making memory chips. Those characteristics are just power and a monopoly.

What’s the divorce rate at Micron? Wonder who they’ll share the success with at the end of the day

You got to be kidding me, stock price and return on shareholders equity means everything. Perhaps you are one of those old employees (or former employees) who resist change. With any business, change is inevitable. You either adapt along the way or you get kicked to the curb. If you don't like the direction of the company or the current management, I suggest you find a new place of employment that meets your old fashioned way of thinking.

The company is in much better shape than it has ever been with this leadership team. That is a fact.

"Just looking at their stock price, their leadership team seems to be managing the company quite well. "

If you think the stock market is connected to reality, I have a bridge that I would like to sell you. (see the dot com bubble, housing bubble, and so on for examples) That number can be so easily manipulated it is not even funny now. The grotesquely erratic behavior of the company in the past does not indicate it has been managed well.

Just looking at their stock price, their leadership team seems to be managing the company quite well. Perhaps someday you will be given the chance to run a Fortune 150 company, if you do, please let everyone know so we can all evaluate your leadership abilities.
