At this point I am wondering if leadership sees some things that are not there. Do you think they themselves take anything they say seriously? Even if it’s only performative, it’s too much shark jump-ey. I sure as he-l don’t see things they talk about. Do they also honestly believe they can motivate anyone using trashy and corny phrases void of any content or true meaning?

They know exactly what they are doing. They know TDC is dying a slow death and they are running out the clock, seeing how long they can get paid their exorbitant comp not tied to revenue growth. Keep Riffing until there are no employees left. They have no moral compass or conscience.
It's evident that none of them would be able to hold these positions at another company. They are grifters who have never been visionary but rather have followed the trends albeit years too late.
All Teradata leadership cares about is cashing in stock options.
They know that their all failures.
The rhetorical question is doing some light lifting here.
