It would have been foolish of them not to use as much of the factoring agreement as possible - cash is king and I believe Paul was trying to horde as much of it as he could while he could.

More than a 58% chance of bankruptcy. What that report doesnt mention is that their Factoring Agreement with Morgan Stanley, they have used 95% of the agreement. They have no access to invoice factoring for this summer or fall. Geniuses.

This entire situation is appalling. Initially, Paul repeatedly assured the company's workforce that neither he nor other leaders would receive promotions, raises, or bonuses, emphasizing his commitment to taking care of us. However, when questioned about accepting a bonus himself, he claimed he was compelled to do so despite not wanting it. Then, he informs us that we'll receive a retention bonus in scheduled installments just to keep us from leaving the company. It's disgraceful. All this while they lay off people, increase our workload without support or financial incentives, move growth opportunities to South Africa, and pressure us to commit by scheduling mandatory meetings focused on rebuilding company culture and initiatives.

Leadership must realize that most employees are actively seeking outside opportunities and are prepared to jump ship at the first chance they get.

The total compensation for the executive team this year, with bonuses, is about 4 million.

Paul alone is getting like 2.5 million between salary and bonus.

Market cap is $15.63M.

The total salary and bonus structure for the executive team for this year alone is about 25% of the company’s total market cap. That is absurd.

They are definitely robbing the piggy bank on the way out, as suggested by the compensation team that they hired.

I hope they get sued into oblivion.

$5.85 and falling. Maybe they should have done a 1-100 reverse split

Why is DEI still coming up? I'm pretty sure it was a bunch of white dudes who made the financial decisions that tanked this company. No one made them have destination company meetings, pay for celebrity appearances at those meetings, or take out hundreds of millions of dollars in debt to buy edX. Pretty sure Chip, a white man, made most of those decisions. DEI didn't tank this company, but white privilege definitely played a role. Look at what Chip has done since! He set the building on fire and walked away scot free from it. Sounds like the people on here whining about DEI don't actually understand the benefits of diversity because they aren't diverse people. Have fun at your next MAGA rally tho!

I don’t know my manager or Director name.

The company does spend a lot of money and effort on DEI. That’s apparent. Feels kind of awful being the only non bipoc on my team and Harped at how bad I am.

Hope Ms Granville is happy. Dei is more important thank black and white

Market cap is $16.16M. Down from a high of $5.43B. Work out the math. If you take $16.16M divided by the number of employees, and then you take out what the C-Suite gets.

I hope those men have small inconveniences that mess up their days for the rest of time. Fly in the coffee, bag straps stuck on door handles, so many stubbed toes, yachts sunk by orcas, and every tree they park under has a flock of birds in it waiting to unload.
