Bunch of old hats riding their checks to the end. Department Directors who're useless and honestly do not know their own roles, so they're deep into everyone else's - huge contention point here throughout the Organization. SCM needs to be abolished and re-built, along with many other areas. Safety is a mafia as well - Everyone's "buddies" and that never benefits an Organization. Stay away, unless you need a paycheck, use it for a jump to a better place.
