Jr Exec here and I can tell you to brace for the inevitable because come Friday, most will be looking for a new job and that will include me. The offshore team (there are three) will taking the majority of the jobs while some in the US will be here in key positions for support. I’m unable to go into detail, but you get the gist of what’s about to happen. They don’t care because it’s profit driven and not employee based feelings that matter

There are over 3000 offshore agents, in various roles, all contractors. I know for us in Digital it was Jamaica taking over chat/sms. Finance and LPS also have offshore teams taking over as well as others. This will be a big one if all frontline is riffed!
