If not retiring, only entitled to accrued LESS any time taken. If you took more than accrued or earned, then Citi will deduct.

How many hours do you accrue in 5 months?

You had to take by end of March for previous year. If you had side deal, you are sc--wed. HR will pay what WD says you are owed as of 5/30. Nothing more, nothing less.

Last year vacation accumulation is always obsolete by end of march. Since layoffs happened before end of march does it mean everyone will get last year accumulation pay out as well?

Vacation pay out was on my last check. They show 8 hours planned for Memorial Day. Double check your print out.

Did you receive the actual severance pay, or just the package?

You should have received a separate direct deposit to cover vacation days.
