I left after being around for 15 years. I’ll never go back. There are other employers out there that give a sh-t about you
if u have to ask, the new opp isn't too exciting. it's really business as usual and put career growth first.
Been around this block multiple tech companies. It never gets better. Thousands of tech companies, only a few are mega successful and even those clean house from time to time and abandon products and markets. Go someplace where they WANT you on day 1. Don't stay someplace where you are no longer sure if you are wanted.
Get out before they start the layoffs. The HPE acquisition road is covered with potholes so escape while you can!
Gigs was a good idea. More work on top of an already stretched team. Of course nobody is interested. JCC is all for show. Checking a box.
What happened to JCC?
Juniper career connect?
No! You have to stay so RRs stock options have more value! It’s business as usual so you have to wait until the end so you don’t affect the price of the stock so c-suite can cash out at max value! So many selfish employees! Who will think about the executives?!
Run while you can
Depends on the opportunity. If the right one came along, I would take it. Doesn’t hurt to have options.
opportunity does not wait
