Bring it on!!! We need another re-org to save another 150MUSD!!! We make lots of money by reorganising every 5 minutes, we should do it even more often. Better than musical chairs and keeps people on their toes, at the same time instilling in people a healthy curiousty about how things will pan out. More re-orgs please! I propose one or two every quarter. Who is with me? Let's pitch thus yo Maria!!!

OFSE cost out initiatives (job losses) happening in most COE global locations,
If your role can be moved to a low cost country, it will.

Cost Out Initiatives seem to have been increasing the last two quarters, indicating the reorg to OFSE and IET in sep 22 has failed to deliver the $150m in savings (peanuts at any major OFSC) that was muted at that time. So to facilitate any sale to an outside entity, another round of spreadsheet terminations has begun. We are three years away from the 10th anniversery of one of the worst Oil industry mergers off all time. What will be left and functioning by then is anyones guess!
