Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

The last post got deleted because there was a bunch of fighting and people making inappropriate comments about people that were likely against thelayoff’s terms of service. I still can’t believe that people think CC owns this whole site. It’s not a conspiracy, it’s just cleanup because of some ignorant people slandering others. If they house anything like that on their site, they could be sued for liable.

Don't know if true, but 2 waves were mentioned, one in August and one in November.

The up coming layoffs are internal only, like it is some kind of big secret? One, this is a layoff site. That’s what we’re supposed to post about. And two, it’s not a secret that more layoffs are coming. If that info was internal only, Crown management is d-mber than we all thought.

I see that the post mentioning the coming layoffs was deleted. Management must not want the remaining natives to get restless so they had it scrubbed from this thread. This is why I love this site. A layoff site that deletes posts about layoffs. LOLZ

Do only what you want and spend as much time looking for a new job. The teams are running at a skeleton crew. No manager is going to fire a teammate for performance right now. Plus is so difficult to fire someone. So use most your day to find a job or hang out with your family

@OP+1t4Td14h You need to get out of this place. Take the time to get a certificate--it will be worth it. You literally cannot afford not to. Your exit strategy should start tomorrow.

I feel the same. I still have my job, but I feel like the people leaders always make horrible decisions they are very short sighted. The people chosen to lead are mostly yes men and are part of the buddy system and do not even know the systems and processes. You can be the best fit for a position at crown but you need to fit the DEI model or even worse if it’s between the best candidate or someone’s buddy who is not at all qualified but needs a job, you can bet your a-s you will not get the position. This is coming from IC perspective and is what I’ve seen and experienced at Crown. It’s the main reason why the company is so unbalanced there are far too many unqualified people making horrible decisions and not taking ownership of those decisions and a handful of good people who have the burden of carrying dead weight and cranking the wheels of production and innovating towards the future.
