I know of one person having a HR/manager meeting booked for friday June 28.
HL is saving his job by supporting TK and for him cutting other jobs are sufficient as long as he can keep paying his monthly bills.
AOP is going to be reconfigured to Bi-AOP.
One year employment extensions (AOP) will become 6 months. You are not FTEs anymore - you are contractors, but without the freedom.
I know alot of “leftovers” and that is the common work ethic now, do just enough not to be on the next list - why go above and beyond when you dont know if you have a job every 6 months?
What a culture TK and HL have created.
In the past, I wouldn’t have included HL, but from my viewpoint he has adopted TK’s disregard for the people…departing away from MarkT’s legacy, and what made Citrix a family.
