This is true. I was in that meeting. It was related to cost cuts across the business. There is a scenario on the table where Bpx is being brought back into closer reach to BP Global.
Staff cuts at middle management levels are being looked at due to redundancy.
Yes there is: cost. So Pune makes sense. Denver is expensive though
no reason to have office in pune, where no assets located
I don’t think it’s true, but it would make sense in general and financially speaking. No reason to have an office in Denver when the assets are in TX and the main BP office in the US is in Houston.
