It’s funny, the richest healthcare company in the US can’t afford anything supposedly then creates a whole anti union division
It would be a significant boon to employees, even those non- unionized.

Last August I had to attend an anti union leadership meeting!!!
It was so blatant they fear this beyond belief.
Totally agree, look how Kaiser negotiations did. It’d help reign in Optum’s bad behaviors!!
