For those in DCAI we are 1 week into the 2 week open window. # of VSP accepted to be announced June 26. Any insights how it is going, what % will take the package? I hear CCG is watching to see how it goes for DCAI.

They are planning to reduce higher grades for sure.
This was insinuated on a slide shared by few VPs over past week.
They are not being shy about intentions at all.
The question is how many G8's and above do they need to remove?
Once you’re at 15 years or more in US you really start to consider this. If you’re up for sabbatical and time it right it’s almost a year off and paid.
I agree this is just stupid, because the deadweight just hides like ticks. No other place will they work 20 hours a week and get full pay!
The wrong people always volunteer. You need to root out the ones hiding and dug in like wood ticks hanging on for dear life.
Why ccg watching?
However many volunteers they get, it's not enough. Intel needs to cut all the useless G8-G12 PPT managers, the Indian nepotism hires, and clueless ELT to have any chance of turning this ship around.
