How to get pay stubs after getting laid off? HR said to email HRSS or call Connect one phone number. Connect One also suggested to contact HRSS. HRSS is not responding to request it’s been 4 days. The automatic email also says to follow up if reply is not received in 5 days.
My H1b petition to other company is on hold because of paystubs. Any suggestions how to obtain paystub sooner?

Before I retired, I opened a case with HR, asking for final pay stubs to be mailed to me. I just got one in the mail today so that seems to have worked. Not sure when to expect final PTO though. I hope it is by the next pay period so I'm done!
I got mine after a few days, then sent another request for the last one. And that took 5 days or so. They mailed the last pay stub to me...
I did not find HRSS to be quick with emailing me my paystub. Spend at least a good 5 minutes verifying my identity to ask if they could email to the address they are sending other stuff and was told "nope another area handles those requests". Still waiting.
Request to HRSS has also gone unanswered as well. Well over 5 days. If you cannot support the volume due to layoffs and less staff, something is wrong. Seems very unprepared for amount of work laying off 5-7K people.76
As an added FYI, they take 4 days or longer to receive since it's snail mail.
HRSS is who you’ll need to reach out to. I emailed them for mines and the turnaround was pretty quick. They’ll ask you for your GEID, SOEID, and phone number. You’ll also need to be specific with the dates you need and where you would like it sent. Hope this helps.
