This isn't the cause of JB. This is caused by DS, LN, CL, PK, MK, and the other JB. DS, LN, and CL were always against JB. They undercut him often. It's why DS put in his notice because he wanted to do a LOT of cuts to have more money. JB said no after the first round he didn't want to do. DS backstabbed him. JB had enough and he chose to go since he lost control of the board due to DS going behind his back. DS wants these cuts. LN wanted to make cuts to all benefits when she was here.
When it came time to vote internally on who can go it was those above against JB. He was forced to resign because the board likes DS more. DS is the board's inside man, the backstabber. DS is a snake.

The problem is that everyone will always be wondering when/if there will be another round of layoffs. You’re never going to feel safe. It doesn’t matter if you are a “great” employee, you can still be cut unless you’re in their inner circle
The rumor mill has August and November.
Oh they are 100% going to do another round. Network isn’t growing or even attempting to. So the only way you show growth on existing assets is to cut more cost. If they can outsource your job you are done.
