Mark Zuckerberg-run Meta would reportedly lay off around 50 VPs (vice presidents) from their positions amid restructuring to boost the efficiency. The company employed 300 VPs last year, which now would remain 250 after the latest Meta layoffs round.

meta was facebook. the newer generations don't use facebook. The facebook customers got old and stopped using it. Now meta was targeting the youger folks. The younger folks are into tatoos and nose rings not video games. The changing ages and personaltiy is why meta keeps loosing customers. not much anybody in the company can do about that
VP's job is telling a story and eating expensive meals, nothing else.
I'm sure these 50 VPs got a fatty package which include a Model X if work more than 2 years
there's literally VPs with all CWs and no FTEs on their teams
How can anyone work in Meta, how disgusting that place is. Disgraceful company glad I left, embarrassed I worked there.
