Also a lot of customer service jobs were sent over there with other dept jobs which have made a total mess of customer service for customers, dealers and employees.

Try calling Ford Roadside Assistance. Trying to talk to a rep in India when they have no concept of US roads, traffic, police policy. It was a total joke. Not the experience I wanted when I was stuck in the middle of the road with a broken car.

In this competitive market, any company will have to get the best resource at the lowest price. This is the only way to stay in business and still profitable.
NESC appears to be in India as well. Some purchasing and finance as well. The middle class is getting destroyed. No one will be able to afford vehicles at this rate.
About 2002 Ford had one if it’s own hr employees get into employee records all employees had to get a credit bureau update every few months for over a year provided by Ford.
So my concern is with so much hacking going on with Americans, this concerns me.
Both locations are very nice, the Mexico building is nicer.
