Continuing to have staff leave across company with dwindling pipeline. Documentation and standardization won’t fix a lack of sales, may incrementally help costs but the financials are already substantially out of balance and lack oversight.
Randy needs to be provided an exit ramp and likely the entire company to continue. Board needs to step in.

Randy needed an exit a while ago. There will be no "stepping in", the board members are glad to continue taking whatever they can. It's not about a sustainable Omnicell, it's about who can extract the most out of Omnicell for himself.
