Must be the weather up where the "leadership talent" are hired near and around Minnesota HQ. Staying indoors for 6+ months of the year, all these "leaders" can do, is lie to themselves, each other, and others consistently. Pretty sure these leaders Minnesota homes are setup with funhouse mirrors all around due to:

  1. Their personal sycophants at the workplace aren't enough to fulfill their egos
  2. Narcissistic traits galore; pleased by their own image
  3. Claim to know how to do everything and anything, while simultaneously and realistically, know nothing about everything.

Typical response from Optum lackeys below as usual. No accountability and always justifying how wonderful the leadership culture is at the expense of the US HealthCare members and employees morale. Minnesotans are out all year around. Shows how little you know. Also, that top leadership you hate? Most are not from Minnesota. But don't let facts get in the way of your embittered ranting.

They don't stay inside for 6 months. Approximately $1500-$3500 is budgeted per employee for travel and training. Leaders take this money and travel throughout the year, while the minions are told there is no budget.

Season 5? It's more like the longest run made for TV series. I cannot imagine being at the level of the decision maker and dealing with all the politics both from the childish infighting, the culture wars, the push to squeeze every ounce of profit out while still trying to stay ahead if the competition. So glad to just be individual contributor level...
