R - Right Thing Always ....Failed (You let your best and brightest leave)
P - Pursue Excellence... Failed (Hard to do when your best are gone)
L - Learn and Grow ..... Failed (Haven't learned to run the business and it's shrinking)
E - Embrace Stewardship .... Open (Wallstreet has not shown any positive stock results from all of these changes yet)

2022 had a good size layoff in towers. They moved a lot of their contractors in the construction side out and used vendors more to do the tower work. Accounting and permits had a big cut in 22 as well.
Didn’t know we had layoffs in ‘21 and ‘22. I knew about ‘20, ‘23, and ‘24.
